Conference Overview

2024 has already been a challenging year within Local Government and the public sector.  We know more challenging times are ahead for our organisations, our profession and for each of us personally as we lead teams and navigate austerity and a post-election period.

This years Public Workforce Summit looks at ways we innovate and build resilience in those three key areas and we are pleased to create a safe space for the day, for colleagues across the Region to hear some inspiring speakers and hear case studies from organisations about new things.
